Health Management Organization (HMO) to manage the health scheme for Oxfam in Nigeria.
OXFAM seeks to identify professional and affordable healthcare service providers who can provide a network of health facilities meeting international healthcare standards. Oxfam in Nigeria currently has a total of 56 staff principally based in Abuja, Adamawa, and Taraba States of Nigeria. While OXFAM’s administrative office is in Abuja, most OXFAM programming is in the northern states; the selected healthcare provider must demonstrate a robust network of facilities in each of these states.
In concurrence with the National Insurance Scheme (NHIS) Act 35 of 1999, Oxfam in Nigeria requires a Health Management Organization (HMO) to manage the health scheme for its employees and their eligible dependents.
