TENDER NOTICE
- NIG/ABV/TEN 84_ Provision of Hotel Services for Mercy Corps in Kaduna, Zaria, Kogi, Kano, Imo, Delta, Abia, Benue and Lagos State
- NIG/ABV/TEN 85_ Provision of security services for Mercy Corps for all states in Nigeria includings FCT.
Mercy Corps, is non-religious, non-profit and non-governmental international Humanitarian organization.
Mercy Corps is seeking for a legally registered companies specialized in the under listed field to obtain and submit tender for the following market.
If you are interested in submitting a bid, you will need to completed an Intent to Bid Form and submit it according to the guidelines below;
- The suppliers should download the Intent to Bid Form from the websites: mcnigeria.com/tenders
- Intend to Bid Form can be picked up at Mercy Corps Abuja office at No 166, Umar Dikko Street, adjacent lake view estate Jabi – FCT Abuja.
Completed Intent to Bid forms must be submitted to Mercy corps by 19th July 2023 5:30pm in one of the bellows methods.
- Email completed intent to bid form to [email protected] with the Tender reference number in the email subject line.
- Return completed Intent to bid form in person and placed in the Tender box at Mercy Corps Abuja office at No 166, Umar Dikko Street, adjacent lake view estate Jabi – FCT Abuja.
Tender reference number should be written in the envelope.
After the closing date of this tender notice, the request for proposal will be sent to the suppliers, who submitted Intent to Bid Forms. The request for proposal will be sent according to the preference you have mentioned in the Intent to Bid Form.
