A. BACKGROUND:
Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNI) is a not-for-profit human development organization dedicated to improving lives in lasting ways by advancing integrated, locally driven solutions. Our staff includes expert in health, education, nutrition, environmental, economic development, civil society, gender equality, youth, research, humanitarian services and technology-creating a unique mix of capabilities to address today’s interrelated development challenges. AHNI is supporting the Government of Nigeria (GON) to enhance sustained cross-sectional integration of HIV/AIDS services by building Nigerian capacity to deliver sustainable high quality, comprehensive, prevention, treatment, care, and related services in various states within Nigeria.

Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNI) is inviting competent and qualified printing companies to submit sealed quotations for the information, Education and Communication (IEC) Materials as listed in the web link below:
Interested and eligible Tax Consulting Firm to provide tax audit and related services for AHNI across and within the operating states in Nigeria as per the scope below:

B. REQUEST

C. MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

3Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
4Evidence of Financial Capability (most recent audited financial report)
5Bank Reference Letter duly addressed to AHNI Procurement Committee
6Evidence of experience in award(s) of printing of IEC Materials of similar scope and complexity within the last 3 years: Bidders must provide copy(ies) of Job orders (purchase orders or contract) and proof of deliveries. Delivery notes/waybills.
7Financial Quotation and required Commercial Terms (delivery lead-time, quality, warranty, validity of quotation, payment terms etc)

D. EVALUATION AND SELECTION CRITERIA

Bidders must ensure that all requested information above is included in the submission; Proposals will be evaluated as follows:

E. SUBMISSION PROCEDURE AND INSTRUCTIONS
Technical Documentation (Criteria 1-6) and Financial Quotations including commercial terms (criteria 7) MUST be submitted, signed by the authorized representative, and submitted in sealed envelopes. Your submission must be appropriately titled, addressed, and submitted to

F. DELIVERY LOCATION
This IEC Materials will be delivered to Akwa in Anambra State after full production and certification by the Technical Team. You are expected to create a separate line for your delivery costs as may be applicable.

• AHNI is Value Added Tax (VAT) exempted but deducts withholding tax (WHT) in compliance, with relevant Nigerian Tax Laws.
• You are expected to quote for all items as contained in the specification provided in the weblink.
• All proposal document submitted including prices must be valid for a period of six (6) months from the tender due date. This includes but not limited to cost, terms, conditions, and service level agreement.

H. CLOSING DATE
Tender documents must be hand delivered or couriered to the above address on or before Thursday 23rd February 2023 at 5:00pm GMT.
