REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR SUPPLY OF LAPTOP COMPUTERS AND STARLINK BROADBAND HARDWARE AND CONNECTIVITY SUBSCRIPTION

A. BACKGROUND:
Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNI) is a not-for-profit human development organization dedicated to improving lives in lasting ways by advancing integrated, locally driven solutions. Our staff includes expert in health, education, nutrition, environmental, economic development, civil society, gender equality, youth, research, humanitarian services and technology-creating a unique mix of capabilities to address today’s interrelated development challenges.

With funding from USAID to implement Accelerating Control of the HIV/AIDS epidemic in Nigeria (ACE-1), the Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNI) is inviting qualified and authorized IT and Broadband connectivity companies in Nigeria to submit sealed quotations for supply of laptop computers, Starlink Broadband hardware, and connectivity subscriptions as provided in the below weblink;

B. REQUEST

 C. MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

NoTender Requirement
1Company Profile; registered address(s), official/functional emails, telephone numbers and of contact for the company.
2Evidence of legal registration document of the company (CAC, FORM CO7 and FORM CO2) or registration of Business name or any other equivalent valid document from CAC.
3Latest Tax Clearance Certificate (please note that we will scan the QR code on your TCC to validate authenticity).
4Evidence of financial capability (most recent and signed audited account)
5Bank reference letter duly authenticated by the bank and addressed to AHNi.
6OEM authorization letter or certificate to deal on quoted product and/or service.
7Verifiable evidence of experience in award(s) with similar scope, complexity), and value within the last 3 years (i.e supply of laptop, computers, supply of Starlink Broadband Hardware, and connectivity subscription). Bidders must provide copy(ies) of job orders or contracts as well as proof of delivery(ies)
8Financial Quotation and requisite Commercial Terms.

D. EVALUATION AND SELECTION CRITERIA
Bidders must ensure that all requested information above are included in the submission. Proposals will be evaluated as follows;

E. SUBMISSION PROCEDURE AND INSTRUCTIONS
Technical Documentation (Criteria 1-7) and Financial Quotation including commercial terms (criteria 8) MUST be submitted in 2 separate envelopes, signed by authorized representative for those that require the same, properly labeled with your company name on one side of the envelope as well as its content on the other side of the envelope (e.g envelope 1- technical document, envelop 2 –financial quotation).you are expected to submit these two (2) envelopes inside one bigger envelope, addressed, and submit the same in hard copy to:

F. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO BIDDERS
• For clarification on any aspect of this request for quotation (RFQ), please send an email reflecting RFQ to [email protected]
• AHNI is Value Added Tax (VAT) exempted but deducts withholding tax (WHT) in compliance, with relevant Nigerian Tax Laws.
• All proposal documents submitted including price must be valid for 90 days from the proposal due date. This includes but not limited to cost, terms, conditions, and service level agreement; standard manufacturer’s warranty for various equipment request must apply.
• Please note that this tender will be awarded as lotted.
• AHNi requires compliance to the policies on Protection against Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), and the violence against persons prohibition act (VAPPA, 2015) from its suppliers and partners. All prospective bidders must be in compliant to these important policies.
• Please note that delivery location for LOT 1 is Adamawa State while delivery location for Lot 2 is Borno State.

G. CLOSING DATE
All completed proposal documentation must be hand delivered or couriered to the above address on or before Thursday May 23, 2024 at 5:00pm GMT.
