GOALPrime Organization Nigeria (GPON) is a National Non-profit Non-Government Organization with a mandate of Making life better for vulnerable children and women across nations. Following the challenges children are facing to have adequate support from social services and institutions to access basic amenities for their growth and development across nations. GPON is saddled to provide complementary support to vulnerable children across nations to attain personal growth and development. GOALPrime Organization Nigeria is presently operating in Northeast Nigeria and FCT where we have reached over 2,000,000 lives (directly and indirectly) with integrated services. We support internally displaced persons with emergency relief materials, Child Protection services, WASH services, GBV mitigation services, Livelihood skill building, Health services, Peace building and Education support services. GPON work in both emergency and development context.
Objectives and Background
GOALPrime Organization Nigeria (GPON) is conducting a process for pre-qualified suppliers and contractors for the provision of goods and services which is listed below. Current suppliers and service providers who wish to be retained in the register are also advised to apply, this process is from the period of March 2024 to February 2026.

Pre-qualification Criteria:
- Company profile, including name, verifiable address, active telephone numbers, active email addresses in the name of the company and organization’s administrative structure.
- Evidence of company registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (i.e. Certificate of Incorporation; forms CAC2 and CAC 7, Article and Memo of Incorporation).
- Tax Identification Number (TIN) with evidence of tax remittance (Tax Clearance Certificate) for the last three years.
- Evidence of VAT registration with evidence of VAT remittance.
- Evidence of bank account in the name of the company/business entity.
- Verifiable list of similar jobs/supplies successfully executed in the past (inclusion of letters of award and completion certificates an added advantage.

Hardcopy of bids should also be submitted at the head office at the below address. All hardcopy bids must be duly registered in the bid register before submission in the bid box.
