REQUEST FOR QUOTES – REWORK AND RE-ENGINEERING OF 2 RAIN DAMAGED HEAVY-DUTY CARPORTS A UYO, AKWA IBOM STATE

The USAID MISSION NIGERIA has a requirement for a contractor to rework and re-engineer 2 rain damaged, dismatable Heavy-Duty Carports and 2 heavy duty metal garage cabinets at UYO Akwa Ibom State as per attached SOW.
The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.
For a valid quote/proposal, please note the following:
- Submit your proposal in two formats:
- Your technical proposal which must include but not limited to your methodology for meeting the requirements, performance schedule, specifications, samples/pictures/complete drawings, past performance history with valid contact information for your past and current customers in the last three (2) years, CAC certification, etc.
- Price proposal
- All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST be by email to [email protected] with the following subject line “Rework of USAID carport at Uyo”
- Deadline for offer submission is COB May 3, 2024.
- Questions may be sent to the same above email address no later than April 30, 2024, and responses will be provided to all parties.
FAR & AIDAR Clauses apply to this Solicitation and the resultant contract. Payment Term is Net 30.
