INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST AS MASTERPLAN ARCHITECT
Invitation to submit Expression of Interest as Master plan Architect for Redevelopment of 65,807m2 of land currently housing aforemost hotel along Obafemi Awolowo Way, Ikeja, Lagos State, Nigeria.
We as the Development Manager for the above-named project are writing on behalf for our client who are known for excellence and innovation in the industry.
The proposed re-development aims to create a vibrant mixed-use complex that will set new standards in luxury hospitality, residential living, entertainment, and commercial offerings. The envisioned components of the project include;
1. 200/250 Bedroom 4-5 Star Hotel
2. Hotel Apartments/Residences (Multistory and Town Houses)
3. Convention/Event Center
4. Recreation/Casino
5. Retail/Shopping mall
6. Commercial office building
7. Adequate parking facilities.
We are seeking expressions of interest from competent and experienced architectural firms to prepare and serve as the Masterplan Architect for this prestigious project. The selected firm will play a crucial role of the development to ensure a seamless integration of all components.
Key requirements for the master plan Architect include:
• Demonstrated expertise in masterplan design and execution of large-scale mixed use developments.
• Proven track record in delivering innovative and sustainable architectural solutions.
• Experience in creating dynamic and engaging spaces that cater to diverse needs and preferences.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other stakeholders including consultants, contractors and regulatory bodies.
• Commitment to quality, excellence, and timely project delivery
