Expression Of Interest
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH: “GIZ Programme (EPSAO), funded by the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany would like to procure “IT EQUIPMENT” with the following minimum specifications:
Lot 1: 10 units of Ergonomic mouse pad, 6 units of laptop sleeve.
Lot 2: 18 units of wireless rechargeable headset.
Lot 3: 3 units of wireless ergonomic keyboard/mouse combo, 6 units of wireless Bluetooth rechargeable mouse.
Lot 4: 7units of 2KVA automatic voltage regulator (stabilizer), 3 units of 1.5KVA uninterruptible power supply (UPS).
Lot 5: 3 units of 23-inch display monitor, 3 units of 32-inch display monitor.
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following: Comprehensive Company profile.
An official letter expressing interest.
Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area on Information Technology
Bank introductory Letter not later than 2 months.
Tax clearance certificate of the last 3 three years clearly indicating (minimum) average turnover per year of lot 1-660,000, lot 2: 1,350,000, lot 3: 1,035,000, lot 4: 1,560,000, lot 5: 2,880,000 naira (as applicable) for 2019, 2020, 2021 or more recent.
Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and delivery of IT equipment) with values that add up to minimum of lot 1-660,000, lot 2: 1,350,000, lot 3: 1,035,000, lot 4: 1,560,000, lot 5: 2,880,000 naira. Only third-party evidence will be considered, not list of similar jobs.
