Expression Of Interest
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH: “GIZ Programme (DTC), funded by the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany would like to procure “3D PRINTER, 3D SCANNER” with the following minimum specifications:
Lot 1: 1 units of 3D Scanner.
Lot 2: 2 units of 3D Printer.
Lot 3: 1 units of 3D PCB Printer.
Lot 4: 10 units of 3D Filaments.
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested bidders to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
Comprehensive Company profile,
An official letter expressing interest,
Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area on information Technology,
A Bank introductory Letter not later than 2 months,
Tax clearance certificate of the last three years indicating (minimum) average turnover per year of lot 1 – 19,500,000, lot 2: 7,500,000, lot 3: 15,000,000, lot 4: 1,050, 000 naira (as applicable) for 2019, 2020, 2021 or more recent,
Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and delivery of IT equipment’s) with values that add up to minimum of lot 1: 19,500,000, lot 2: 7,500,000, lot 3: 15,000,000, lot 4: 1,050,000 naira. Only third party evidence will be considered, not list of similar jobs.
For consideration, all interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents as hardcopies in a sealed envelope addressed as follows:

Your complete documents should not be more than 20 pages. Companies can bid for one lot or all lots separately. Only complete documents received at the physical address indicated not later than Wednesday 31st January, 2024 by 5pm from the date of this publication will be accepted and considered. Do not send price offers. Kindly note that complete tender documents would be sent ONLY to qualified firms that express their interest.
