INVITATION TO TENDER AND INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS
1. PREAMBLE
Humanity Family Foundation for Peace and Development (HUFFPED) and Lagos State Government with support from WaterAid Nigeria and Funding from Kimberly Clark Corporation under the Sanitation and Hygiene improvement project hereby invite tenders from reputable and qualified printings companies for the production of Hygiene Behavior Change (HBC) illustration tools/materials and vendors to supply menstruation hygiene and health management kits.
2. SCOPE OF WORK

3. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Companies interested in participating in the tendering process are to submit their company profiles which must contain the following:
I. Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
II. Evidence of registration with Ojodu LCDA
III. Evidence of company Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years (2019, 2020 and 2021);
IV. List of certified Board Members showing their designation on the Board
V. The forwarding letter submitting the bid documents should be signed by the chairman of the Board of his alternate.
VI. Verifiable evidence of similar jobs previously undertaken, including letters of awards and completion certificates within the last three (3) years; also, indicate the financial value of these similar jobs.
VII. Certified copies of company bank statement in the last 6 months
VIII. Description and list of relevant equipment owned by the company; including proof of ownership or lease or license over the equipment;
IX. A work plan indicating how the work will be carried out from the start to finish and the number of days required to complete the work.
4. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS AND COMPANY PROFILES
Interested bidders are to submit their company profiles and BOQ from Monday, May 8, 2023 to Monday, May 15, 2023 between 9:30am to 4:0pm. Company profile and BOQ shall be in THREE copies (ONE original and TWO photocopies), containing spreadsheet copy of the completed BOQ and PDF copies of other bid documents are to be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to:

Sealed envelopes will be received until 11am, of 16th May 2023. bid opening shall follow at 12:00pm of the same day at the HUFFPED address written above.
