EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Deutsche Gesellschaft ür Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ)GmbH, integrated Approach to climate change in Rice production System in Nigeria – GIAE NG nACC Programme, financed by the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Negotiated Award Procedure the following Agroforestry Tree Seedlings in seven (7) Lots to be distributed within Nigeria.
Lot1:2,000 units of Oil Palm (Tenera)
Lot2:32,900 units of Banana & Plantain (Improved Sucker)
Lot 3:4,000 units of Citrus (Washington)
Lot4: 12,300 units of Mango (Broken)
Lot 5: 8,000 units of Teak (Improved spp)
Lot6: 7,00 units of Bush Mango (Improved spp)
Lot7: 7,800 units of Shea Tree (Improved spp)
Including delivery in some Local Governmental Areas in Benue and Nasarawa States
Accordingly, interested Bidder are invited to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. Comprehensive company profile
c. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (GAC), and Memorandum of Association clearly indicating relevant business
d. A Bank Introductory letter.
e. Tax clearance certificate for the last 3 years clearly indicating (minimum}average turnover per year (as applicable) in the year 2019, 2020. 2021, or more recent) for i. Loti-24,000,00 naira; ii. Lot2 -45,440,000 naira; ii. Lot3-13,800,000naira; iv. LOt4-43,200,000 naira; v. Lot 5 -48,000,000 naira; vi. Lot 8– $4,00,000
f Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (pay and delivery of seedings with values that add up to a minimum of i. Lot -24,000,000 naira; i. Lot 2 -45,440,000 naira; ii. Lot3-13,600,000 naira; iv. Lot4-43,200,008 naira; v. Lot5 48,000,000 naira; vi. Lot6 14,000,000 naira; v. Lot7 14,000,000 naira.
Only third-party evidence will be considered, not a list of similar jobs.

The shortlist for the successful bidders will be separated based on expressed Lots. IF BIDDING FOR SEPARATE LOTS, SEPARATE ENVELOPES SHOULD BE SUBMITTED PER LOT.
