ACTED NIGERIA, regarding it’s auction sale, is inviting bidders, to submit offers for at least one or all lots for the following equipment listed below:

The auction will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers or third parties. The Bidding Documents (in english) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es):

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the advertisement website: www.procurement.ngojobsite.com regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or to the bidding documents.
A pre-tender information session will be organized on 19/04/2023 at 3:00 PM[time] in ACTED representative office in 35 Patrick O. Bokkor crescent Jabi, Abuja. Participation of interested bidders to the information session is preferable but not compulsory.
All bids must be submitted before on 23/04/2023 at 04:00 PM at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to [email protected], Cc [email protected]. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on 24/04/2023 at 3:00 PM in the ACTED representative office in 35 Patrick O. Bokkor crescent Jabi, Abuja. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
