EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR MEDIA SERVICE ORGANIZATION
BACKGROUND
Jhpiego Corporation, an affiliate of John Hopkins University, is an international non-profit, non-governmental organization that works to improve the health of women and families throughout the world.
Jhpiego Corporation is seeking for reputable vendors who provide the under listed services to express interest accordingly. Vendors are encouraged to read the entire document to ensure that they have a clear understanding of Jhpiego requirements before submitting a bid.
All applicants’ musts have verifiable office address and media equipment to carry out the services listed above. Submission of company profile with pictures of office and equipment is an added.

LOT 2
- Web development (front-end, back-end, full stack etc)
- Social media management
QUOTATIONS SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING;
- The quotation must be enclosed in plain sealed envelope with the description of proposal indicated boldly on the envelope
- Proof of license to offer required services as given by the responsible regulatory body (if applicable)
- Payment terms if different (preferably Net 30 days)
ELIGIBILITY
All applicants should provide the following;
- Certificate of business name registration or company incorporation, Articles of Association and Memorandum and valid Tax Identification Number (TIN).
- Vendors musts be a licensed/authorized vendor for services to be rendered (please provide supporting documentation).
- Company profile (briefly reflecting the core competencies, key management personnel and clearly stating the physicals verifiable office address, mobile number and e-mail address).
- Proof or license to offer required service as given by the appropriate regulatory body (if applicable)
- Minimum of three (3) reputable reference active within the last three years form clients/organizations
- Note that applicable government taxes will be deducted prior to making payments for items supplied
