The Deutsche Gessellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH: “GIZ GIAE, Nigeria”, financed by German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development, would like to procure “Cisco Meraki Access Points & Switches (Only Hardware without Licences)” with the following but not limited specification:
• 2 units of Cisco Meraki MS 120 – 48 LP (Main building rack)
• 1 unit of Cisco Meraki MS 120-24LP (Back Office rack)
• 4 units of Cisco Meraki MR44 HW (3 indoor access points)
• 1 unit of Cisco Meraki MR76-HW (Outdoor Access point)
• 1 unit of Cisco Meraki MX67-HW
• Including Installation, accessories and mounting of devices
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. An official letter expressing interest
b. Concise Company profile
c. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) , Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area in It.
d. Bank Introductory Letter
e. Evidence of experience of previous similar jobs (Supply and delivery of Cisco Meraki Devices with valises that add up to minimum of NGN 15,000.00. Only third-party evidence will be considered not list of similar jobs.
f. Tax Clearance certificate of the last three years indicating annual average turnover of NGN20, 000.00 (minimum) in year 2018, 2019 and 2020 or more recent.
For consideration, all interested and qualified construction companies should submit the aforementioned documents only as hard copy in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at, No 12 Charles de Gaulle Close, Asokoro, Abuja and kindly label as follows:

Your complete documents should not be more than 20 pages. Only complete document received at the physical address indicated not later than Tuesday 13th September 2022 by 5pm from the date of this publication will be accepted and considered.
