TENDER FOR DEMOLITION
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH: “through its “NG-K9 NDLEA, Nigeria”, commissioned by the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development and development of Germany, invites qualified construction companies to express their interest, for the project described below:
TENDER FOR DEMOLITION OF EXISTING BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested and qualified construction companies with proven experience to express their interest by furnishing GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. An official letter expressing interest with registered and physical address, email and telephone contacts
b. Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) registration and provide copies of registration with relevant professional bodies in Nigeria.
c. Provide evidence of three (3) recent works of similar nature (building demolitions) you have executed in Lagos State with minimum values of 42 million naira per evidence. Only third-party evidence will be considered not list of similar jobs.
d. Three-years Tax Clearance certificate: 2019, 2020 and 2021 with a minimum annual turnover of 42 million naira.
e. Number of employees (permanent/temporary) for the last 3 years should be minimum of 10. Kindly confirm number in your submission.
For consideration, all interested and qualified construction companies should submit the aforementioned documents only as hard copy in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at, No 12 Charles de Gaulle Close, Asokoro, Abuja and kindly label as follows:

Your complete documents should not be more than 20 pages otherwise your EOI may be not considered.
Only complete document received at the physical address indicated not later than Friday 16th September 2022 will be accepted and considered.
Do not send price offer or other documents not requested. Kindly note that complete tender documents would be sent to qualified or companies that express their interest.
