EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Deutsche Gessellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH: “Nigeria Energy Support Programme – NESP” co-funded by the European Union and the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany would like to procure and install two (2) “DMI for Trimble MX7 HW 2.0”:
This tender will include installation, set up and introduction for usage.
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. An official letter expressing their interest to supply DMI for Trimble MX7 HW 2.0;
b. A brief Company profile clearly contact details;
c. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
d. Memorandum of Association clearly indicating relevant business area.
e. Evidence of being financially capable to finance such tender by an original Introductory Letter.
f. Evidence of experience with previous jobs (Delivery of printing jobs with minimum value of 29,000,000.00 in the year 2018, 2019 and 2020 (or more recent).
g. Tax clearance certificate of the last three years (2019 – 2021) indicating an average turnover of NGN 21,000,000
h. Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and delivery of similar jobs0. Only third-party evidence will be considered not list of similar jobs – certificate of job completion, delivery note, etc
For consideration, all interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents as a hardcopy in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at, No 12 Charles de Gaulle Close, Asokoro, Abuja and kindly label as follows:
“Expression of Interest 91163680”
Your complete documents should not be more than 15 pages. Only complete documents received at the physical address indicated not later than Thursday 11th August 2022 by 5pm will be accepted and considered.
Do not send price offer, kindly note that complete tender documents would ONLY be sent to qualified firms that express their interest.
