CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TENDER FOR 5 CATEGORIES
Save the Children requires the services of reputable companies to participate in the below tender process on a 2-year framework agreement basis:
| LOT 1 | Vehicle Hire, 3PL and Taxi services for all SCI Offices across Nigeria |
| LOT 2 | Learners’ Kit |
| LOT 3 | Flight Booking and Reservations |
| LOT 4 | Security Guards |
| LOT 5 | General Diesel Supply |
To be eligible to bid, interested applicants should register on Save the children ERP system (ProSave). For the registration, bidders should click on the link below to download the supplier’s Data Sheet: https://www.savethechildren.net/call-expression-interest-participate-tender-several-lots
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Bidder should fill the Suppliers data sheet. Staff info and bank details form in the sheet.
• Bidder should attach copy of the company registration with the complete data form while submitting the forms.
• While submitting the form. Bidders should clearly state the reference number of the category of interest in the email subject e.g LEARNER’S KIT LOT 2: RFP/NIG/ABJ/2022/006. (please note that any submission without a clear reference number will be nullified)
• The completed form and scanned copy of the CAC should be sent to [email protected] on or before 20th of July, 2022.
• Please note that tender information/the request for proposal will be sent through the sourcing modules on ProSave to only registered bidder.
