TITLE: TRAVEL AGENT SERVICES FOR USAID INTEGRATED HEALTH PROGRAM (IHP)
OVERVIEW
• USAID’s Integrated Health Program (IHP) would like to invite eligible firms to submit offers for booking airline tickets for both local and international travel for IHP and Guests.
• The vendors must demonstrate capacity, based upon technical expertise, management capability, and financial resources.
• Palladium intends to sign a Service Level Agreement (contract) with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
RFP Submission Requirements
a. Company profile details including registered address, functional email address, telephone numbers, and point of contact for the organization.
b. Certificate of Incorporation as a travel agent
c. IATA Certificate
d. Tax Clearance Certificate for 2019, 2020 & 2021.
e. Evidence or previous work done in this area.
f. Terms of payment
