TITLE: COURIER/BULK HAULAGE SERVICES FOR USAID INTEGRATED HEALTH PROGRAM (IHP)
OVERVIEW
• USAID’s Integrated Health Program (IHP) would like to invite eligible firms to submit offers for Courier/Bulk Haulage Service Company for both Local and International Shipments.
• The vendors must demonstrate capacity, based upon technical expertise, management capability, and financial resources.
• Palladium intends to sign a Blank Purchase Agreement (contract) with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
RFP Submission Requirements/Evaluation:
a. A certified true copy of Certificate of Incorporation
b. Company Tax Clearance for the last three years or in the case of a new company, evidence of tax/VAT registration with the FIRS.
c. Indemnity Insurance policy
d. Evidence of payment of the licence and application fees.
e. Sample of waybills, labels, bags, tags, envelopes, receipt, and registered trademark (if any)
f. Audited financial statements for 2019, 2020 and 2021 (showing minimum average annual turnover of N20 million for each year.
