TITLE: PROVISION OF SECURITY GUARD SERVICES FOR IHP IN EBONYI, ABUJA, BAUCHI, KEBBI AND SOKOTO STATES OFFICE UNDER “USAID INTEGRATED HEALTH PROGRAM”
OVERVIEW
• USAID’s Integrated Health Program (IHP) would like to invite eligible firm’s to submit offers for the provision of Security Guards Services for IHP in Abuja, Bauchi, Ebonyi, Kebbi, Sokoto States office.
• The vendors must demonstrate capacity, based upon technical expertise, management capability, and financial resources.
• Palladium intends to award a Blank Purchase Agreement (contract) to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
RFP Submission Requirements
a. Certificate of Incorporation
b. Profile of the company
c. Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Tax Clearance Certificate for 2019, 2020 & 2021.
d. Bank details/Financial capabilities
e. Three (3) References from current or past clients (at least in the last year)
f. Copy of licence to Operate as Private Security from Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps
g. Copy of Pension Certificate Registration.
