TITLE: MONTHLY VIRTUAL TOP UP FOR MOBILE PHONES, (ALL GSM NETWORKS) SMILE AND SPECTRANET MODEMS FOR USAID INTEGRATED HEALTH PROGRAM (IHP) STAFF.
OVERVIEW
• USAID’s Integrated Health Program (IHP) would like to invite eligible firms to submit offers for the supply of VTU for all networks (MTN, GLO, AIRTEL, 9MOBILE, SPECTRANET, AND SMILE MODEM) for all IHP Staff in Ebonyi, Abuja, Bauchi, Kebbi, Sokoto States office for 1 year.
• The vendors must demonstrate capacity, based upon technical expertise, management capability, and financial resources.
• Palladium intends to sign a Blank Purchase Agreement (contract) with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
RFP Submission Requirements/Evaluation:
a. Evidence of Vendor’s registration with CAC
b. Tax Identification Number
c. Evidence of similar work done by any reputable organization
d. Bank Reference
