SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 14,062 TONS OF CEREALS FOR THE ECOWAS REGIONAL FOOD SECURITY RESERVE
SUBMISSION DATE: MARCH 09, 2023

1. The ECOWAS Commission has received funds from the Agence Francaise de Development (the French development agency) towards the cost of Interim Phase of the West Africa Food Security Storage Support Project (STOCK II). It solicits, through the Regional Agency for Agriculture and Food, sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and delivery of 14,062 tons of cereals (white maize, white sorghum, millet, white rice), on behalf of the ECOWAS Regional Food Security Reserves in the following countries: Burkina Faso, Niger, Nigeria and Senegal. Supplies are subdivided into twenty-three (23) lots best described in the instructions to Tenderers in IS 19.1 for the ECOWAS Regional Food Security Reserve.

2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of the Regional Agency for Food and Agriculture, 83 rue de la Pature, Supertaco, Lome, Togo (Bureau Reception), Email: [email protected] and read the bid documents at the same address or by downloading at the following address: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/mjqooaouik5u0sm/AABlvdgkznh2SGszSbRHViwMa?dI=0

3. Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 11:00am GMT on March 09, 2023. The offers must include a bid guarantee the amounts of which are set out in the instructions to bidders in clause IS 19.1.

4. Bids will be opened in public and in the presence of bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the offices of the Regional Agency for Agriculture and Food, 83 rue de la Pature, Supertaco, Lome, Togo (1st floor conference room) at 11:45am GMT on March 09, 2023.
