REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR TAX CONSULTANCY SERVICES
1. BACKGROUND

AHNi is hereby seeking the services of a registered and eligible Tax Consulting Firm to provide tax management and related services for AHNi across and within the operating states in Nigeria as per the scope below:

3. MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

| 1. | company profile: registered address(s), official/functional emails, telephone numbers and point of contact for the company |
| 2. | evidence of legal registration document of the company (CAC registration, FORM CO2 and FORM CO7) or registration of Business Name or any other equivalent valid document from CAC |
| 3. | latest Tax clearance Certificate (Please note that we will scan QR Code on your TCC to validate authenticity) not earlier than 2021 |
| 4. | Evidence of Financial Capability (a copy of most recent and signed audited report) not earlier than 2021 |
| 5. | evidence of valid practicing license issued by the relevant professional body(ies) |
| 6. | Bank Reference Letter duly addressed to AHNi Procurement Committee |
| 7. | Verifiable evidence of provision of Tax Consultancy Services for reputable organization preferable NGOs of similar scope and complexity within the last 3years. Bidders must provide copy(ies) of award letters and/or contracts |
| 8. | list of 3 clientele (preferable NGOs) and contact details to enable independent references |
| 9. | financial quotation in the term of schedule of fees should be based on the provided scope of work and deliverables including commercial terms |
4. EVALUATION AND SELECTION CRITERIA:
The films must ensure that all requested information above in included in the submission. Proposals will be evaluated as followed:

5. SUBMISSION PROCEDURE AND INSTRUCTIONS:
Technical Documentation with a (Criteria 1-8) and Schedule of Fees including commercial (criteria 9) must be separated, signed by the authorised representative and submitted in a sealed envelope. Your submission must be appropriately titled, addressed and submitted to:

AHNi is value-added tax (VAT) exempt but deducts withholding tax (WHT) in compliance with relevant Nigerian Tax Laws.
All proposal documents submitted, including the price, must be valid for one (1) year from the proposal due date. This includes but is not limited to cost, term, conditions and service level agreement;
The duration of the contract is 12months from the date of commencement and subject to renewal.
7. CLOSING DATE:
All completed proposal documentation must be hand delivered or couriered to the above address on or before Thursday, October 24th 2024, at 5:00pm GMT.
