 The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is a non-governmental humanitarian organization with 60 years of experience in helping to create a safer and more dignified life for refugees and internally displaced people. NRC advocates for the rights and provides assistance, protection and durable solutions to refugees and internally displaced persons worldwide.

NRC has been operating in Nigeria since late 2015 providing assistance with Emergency shelter, Livelihoods and Food Security, water, sanitation and Hygiene Sectors, Information Counseling and legal assistance, camp Management and Education.

The objective of the training

The objectives of mediation and negotiation training are designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of individuals in effectively resolving conflicts and reaching agreements. These objectives aim to empower individuals with the tools and confidence needed to mediate conflicts and negotiate effectively, whether within organizations or in broader community settings. ICLA staff to develop and implement procedures that will assist disputing. Also, to help identify specific approaches and procedures for the development of collaborative dispute resolution initiatives and provides answers to frequently raised issues and questions.
