CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR INTEGRATED FACILITY MANAGEMENT
Facility Management is a function that integrates people, places, and processes within the built environment to support the wellbeing and productivity of people who are at the core of business success.
Nestle Nigeria Plc seeks to recruit an integrated facility management partner for the company’s facilities to deliver excellent services in the following areas (not limited to) gardening, cleaning, asset maintenance (generator, air conditioning, air handling unit, canteen equipment, general electrical maintenance), plumbing, water treatment, waste treatment , waste disposal, and painting.
If you have what it takes to deliver professional integrated facility management services to Nestle’s standard, we invite you to express your interest by following the process outlined below.
Application should be sent via email with the subject “SELECTION OF A SPECIALIZED IFM COMPANY” to [email protected] no later than 26th April 2024 – two weeks after publication, before 5:00pm
Scanned copies of the following documents must be attached to your application:
• Certificate of incorporation/certificate to commence business
• References in the sector of activity (letters of reference or certificates of good performance)
• Audited financial reports 2021, 2022, 2023
• Tax and SSNIT clearance certificate
• Company fact sheet (turnover, location, logistics, organization chart, awards)
