RESPONDING TO THE NEEDS OF NIGERIA’S YOUNG PEOPLE
INVITATION TO TENDER/EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
1. INTRODUCTION
Action Health Incorporated (AHI) is a non-profit organization committed to creating opportunities for young people’s successful transition to productive adulthoods. Since its establishment in 1989, AHI has served as an advocate and catalyst for creating better life options for young people in Nigeria. by working in partnership with local and international doors, AHI has helped to bring young people issued into the Public domain and gotten state governments and the Federal Government to take a stand in support thereof.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

| Lot 4 | Provision of construction consultancy services |
| Lot 5 | Construction & equipping of one Integrated Women and Girls Safe Space in Yobe State |
3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Prospective bidders are requested to submit the following documents;
i. Evidence of certificate of Incorporation issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Forms CAC2 and CAC7 (or CAC1). Business name is also acceptable
ii. Evidence of registration with FIRS (company Income Tax) and State IRS (PAYE)
iii. Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three years ( 2021, 2022 & 2023);
iv. Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission of Reference letter from a reputable commercial bank indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed;
v. Documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs successfully executed/on-going within the last five (5) years including executed purchase order, letter of award, valuation/job completion certificate etc
vi. Reference letter from the least two (2) of the evidence (v) provided above
vii. Company profile including information on services rendered and key management staff.
viii. For pharmaceutical companies, evidence of registration with Pharmacy council of Nigeria.
ix. For building contractors and consultants, evidence of registration with relevant professional bodies.
x. All documents for submission must be in PDF format, transmitted with a One-page Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company’s letter head paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the CAC, Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No) fax and email address. The letter head paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorized officer of the company.
4. SUBMISSION OF EOI DOCUMENTS
EOI documents should clearly be marked “Expression of Interest” stating the company name and ‘lot no’. The EOI should be submitted by email to [email protected] or physically to the address below on or below 5:00pm on Thursday 11th April, 2024. 5. OPENING OF TENDER/EOI DOCUMENTS
The EOI shall be opened by 9:00am on Friday 12th April, 2024 at Action Health Incorporated, 17 lawal street, off Oweh Street, Jibowu, Yaba, Lagos.

7. NOTATION
i. All documents for submission should be arranged in the order listed in 3. Above and clearly separated by dividers.
ii. Failure to submit all required documents may lead to disqualification of the EOI.
iii. No bidder should bid for more than one (1) lot
iv. This advert should not be construed to be a commitment on the part of AHI to award any form of contract to any respondent.
v. Bidders are advised to read this solicitation carefully as failure to follow instruction may lead to rejection of the EOI.
vi. Bidders can submit through courier services before the deadline of 5:00pm on Thursday 11th April, 2024.
vii. Only shortlisted bidders will be invited subsequently to participate in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) stage.
