The PRIVATE SECTOR HEALTH ALLIANCE OF NIGERIA (PSHAN) invites all prospective bidders to apply for eligibility and subsequently bid for the renovation of selected Primary Healthcare Centres and the provision of basic Medical equipment in Owan West, Oredo, Ikpoba-Okha and Uhunmwode Local Government Areas of Edo State.
1. THE RENOVATION OF SELECTED PRIMARY HEALTHCARE CENTRES (PHCs) in Owan West, Oredo, Ikpoba-Okha and Uhunmwode LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREAS OF EDO STATE UNDER THE ADOPT-A-HEALTHCARE FACILITY PROGRAM (ADHFP)
The renovation includes the construction of drains, roof, paving, landscaping, mechanical and electrical services installation, revitalization of wall, floors, and ceiling surfaces (fence, buildings etc) and the installation of signs and signage.
2. THE PROVISION OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, FURNITURE & FITTINGS FOR SELECTED PRIMARY HEALTHCARE CENTRES (PHCs) IN Owan West, Oredo, Ikpoba-Okha and Uhunmwode LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREAS OF EDO STATE UNDER THE ADOPT-A-HEALTHCARE FACILITY PROGRAM (ADHFP)
The items include but not limited to basic Primary Health Care (PHC) furnishing, fittings, and small-size medical equipment. The initiative aims to significantly improve healthcare delivery in the local communities, ensuring access to essential medical equipment and a conducive healthcare environment.
The conditions for the prospective tenderers are listed as follows;
1. There must be evidence of company registration under the company and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) and relevant professional/regulatory bodies.
2. The annual turnover of the bidding company must not be less than 10 Million Naira preferably in the last three years.
3. Bidders are to submit the following;
a. Company profile details, including registered address, functional email address, telephone numbers, and key personnel details.
b. Evidence of three similar completed projects.
c. Evidence of three projects completed in a similar location.
d. 3-year audited account/tax clearance
e. Evidence of financial capability supported by 6 months of company bank statements
f. Affidavit on company integrity.
4. Interested companies should send all documents listed above, both hard and soft copy within two weeks of the date of this publication (not later than April 3, 2024) to THE PRIVATE SECTOR HEALTH ALLIANCE OF NIGERIA, 6th Floor, Zenon House, 2 Ajose Adeogun Street, Victoria Island, Lagos and also to the email address [email protected] with interest, the state and local Government Area of the PHC of interest as subject (e.g. Supply of Medical Equipment, Ikpoba-Okha LGA, Edo State).

This invitation to tender is cost-free to the Private Sector Health Alliance of Nigeria. The organization reserves the right to terminate the process at any time without explanation if deemed necessary.
