USAID GLOBAL HEALTH SUPPLY CHAIN-PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY MANAGEMENT
REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
SUPPLY OF ESSENTIAL MEDICINES AND MEDICAL CONSUMABLES FROM QUALIFIED NIGERIAN PHARMACEUTICAL MANUFACTURERS/DISTRIBUTORS AND MANUFACTURERS AND DISTRIBUTORS OF MEDICAL CONSUMABLES AND REAGENTS.
BACKGROUND
The Kebbi State Drugs and Medical Consumables Management Agency (DMCMA) with the support of the USAID Global Health Supply Chain Program-procurement and Supply management project, is soliciting expressions of interest from technically and financially viable companies for the supply of Essential Medicines, Medical/laboratory Consumables, and Reagents, to enhance a sustainable Drug Supply in Kebbi State Public Hospital facilities through the platform of the Drug Revolving Fund (DRF) scheme. Interested and qualifies pharmaceutical/laboratory manufacturers/International manufacturers exclusive authorized distributors shall be expected to show technical capacity to provide manufactured and or imported essential medicines, medical/laboratory consumables, and reagents in accordance with NAFDAC quality standards requirements.
Kebbi DMCMA shall contact ONLY companies capable of offering essential medicines, medical/laboratory consumables, and reagents to the specified quality standards in acceptable facilities/premises as advertised and ONLY those companies shall be notified in writing for facility assessment visits. Thereafter, if found to meet quality standards will be added to our list of prequalified vendors and will be subsequently invited to participate in the tendering process. Interested manufacturers/International manufacturers exclusive distributors/importers are required to deliver the products at the requested locations, that is, the incoterm will be delivered at place (DAP).
Interested companies are invited to attend an online (Virtual) pre-EOI conference on 2nd April at 11:00am. This will afford interested vendors the opportunity for clarification on issues related to this EOI. If there is a need for additional information, we will endeavor to provide it expeditiously. However, any delay in providing such information will not be considered a reason to extend the submission date of your proposal.
Please, note that Kebbi DMCMA reserves the right to accept or reject an application without providing any reason thereof. Only prequalified vendors would be invited to participate in the Invitation to Bid and/or Request for Price quote. Any unsolicited attempt to influence Kebbi DMCMA’s internal selection processes in favour of a particular vendor will result in immediate disqualification.

Note: The closing date to return the duly completed expression of interest form is 16th April 2024 at 11:59pm. Request for clarifications will be only be responded to one or before 12th April, 2024, at 4pm.
