INVITATION TO BID (ITB)
FOR THE SUPPLY OF AZITHROMYCIN POWDER FOR ORAL SUSPENSION

The Resiliency through Azithromycin for Children (REACH) program aims to maximize the number of children’s lives saved with Azithromycin Powder for Oral Suspension (POS). The overarching aim of the program is to reduce child mortality in Nigeria, Mali and Niger via bi-annual mass drug administration (MDA) of Azithromycin POS delivered to children between one month and five years of age.
Crown Agents are procuring the required Azithromycin POS for some of the 2024-2025 MDA for the countries Nigeria, Mali and Niger. Crown Agents invites suitably qualified entities to submit bids for the supply of Azithromycin POS for ALL or ANY of these countries.
Interested bidders who wish to be included on the mailing list to receive a copy of Invitation to Tender (ITB) must access the link https://forms.office.com/e/kFhzu5mW0g or QR code further below and complete the registration of Interest form. Based on the information and contact details provided in the form, interested bidders will receive i) an email covering a copy of the ITB and instructions on how to register on Crown Agents ‘Supplier portal’ and ii) am email covering the invitation link to register on the portal. Upon receipt of the ITB, bidders are requested to notify Crown Agents in writing of their intention to submit a Bid no later than 27th February, 2024 (please section 1 of the ITB, clause 2.10).
Those interested can submit a bid ONLY after successfully completing the form and ONLY after registration on the ‘Supplier Portal’. We recommend bidders to register on the ‘Supplier Portal’ well in advance, ideally by 28th March 2024, and to confirm successful registration promptly after receipt of the invitation link.
All bids must be submitted via Crown Agents ‘Supplier Portal’. Technical issues with accessing the link to the registration of Interest form must be raised in writing by contacting Alexandra Grati.
