CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR ROAD CONSTRUCTION
1. INTRODUCTION
The Voice of the Last Days Ministry, hereinafter, referred to as the VOLDM is a Christian Organization with the mandate of preparing men and women for the soon rapture of the body of Christ Jesus. VOLDM plans to engage competent and qualified companies for the construction of dual/single carriage roads in her International Conference Center (ICC) Location, located at KM 46 Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Ogun State.
2. SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work involves construction of 1KM double/single carriage paved road with 2-meter-wide walkways, flanking box culverts and electric lighting systems along the pathway. Road quality and specifications must meet pre-established Standards.
3. PROJECT DURATION
Project is expected to last for not more than six (6) months from approval start date.
4. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
As part of technical bid submissions, qualified tenderers shall
• Demonstrate the entity is a fully Nigerian registered company with the necessary CAC forms and certificates.
• Provide evidence of technical capacity to undertake such project. This should include list of key technical staff, equipment owned (or leased) and details of similar verifiable previous work history including award letters, payment certificates, sectional/practical job completions certificates etc. contact details (emails, phone numbers and physical address) of clients for the referenced jobs in the work history should be provided as well.
• Provide evidence or registration of key technical staff with NSE, COREN and other relevant professional bodies.
• Provide details of its workforce including management roles.
• State location of traceable in-country facility (technical and administrative office).
• Provide evidence of minimum gross annual turnover of N500, 000,000 (Five Hundred Million Naira).
5. BID SUBMISSION

6. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Full tendering procedures will be provided only to contracts that have been deemed qualified to undertake the specified scope of work.
• This advertisement shall never be construed as an invitation to tender nor a commitment from the VOLDM to award this project to any contractor.
• VOLDM shall only communicate with authorized personnel of qualified contractors and not through agents or any other 3rd Party representatives.
