CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)
RE: Request for Expression of Interest (EOI/JDPC-NHF-MAID-28-08-23-004) for Drilling of a middle aquifer borehole (300 meters) in Fotori Community of Hoyo/Chinguwa ward, Magumeri LGA of Borno State using Motorized Drilling Rig.
This is a formal request to all interested Hydro-Geological drilling companies/vendor to express their interest on the above call.
Note: All interested companies/vendors must express their interest within Ten days (10) from the date of this publication.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Please provide the following information in your Expression of Interest.
• Provide Company profile with proof of experience on similar work. This should include company registration, past jobs and evidence of tax clearance.
• All Expression of Interest must be duly signed, stamped and dated
• The EOI must be printed on the company letter headed paper.
• All Expression of Interest must be submitted within ten days (10) from the day of this publication either through the mail ([email protected]) or hard copy into the bid box at JDPC Maiduguri Office.
• Hard copy submission should be made between the hours of 0830 hours and 1600 hours from Monday to Friday.
• The subject of the mail carry the EOI number (EOI/JDPC-NHF-MAID-28-08-23-004) and for those submitting hard copy, the sealed envelope must carry both the address of JDPC Maiduguri and the EOI number.
• Only successful companies/vendors will be contacted to submit their quotations for the work.
• Every request for clarification should be sent to the procurement email address ([email protected] ) not later than five (5) days from the date of publication. Response to any clarification will be sent to all companies/vendors who have expressed interest not later than seven days after this publication.
