Media Trust Limited is considering replacing its current central air conditioner system and is therefore seeking for a reputable company that can provide it with a VRV/VRF air conditioning system that has a cooling capacity of 25.4 211.2kw, heating capacity 28.1-2.11.7kw.
Offering model should be designed to provide comfort and also meet high energy efficiency ratings, so less energy consumption. The unit should be engineered for quiet operation, wired or wireless remote controllers making changing comfort control settings easy with the touch of a button.
The A/C systems should preferably have the following features or more:
1. Broad compressor capacity operation range (10-100%)
2. High efficiency DC inverter scroll compressors
3. Cooling from -5 degree Celsius to -43 degree Celsius DB (outdoor temperature)
4. Heating from -15 degree Celsius +15.5 degree Celsius WB (outdoor temperature)
5. High performance – EER up to 4.29
6. Green refrigerant R-410A
7. Flexible and quick installation
8. Smaller footprint
9. Versatile indoor units
10. Connections of up to 64 indoor unit per refrigerant circuit consisting of 3 outdoor units
11. Quiet operation
12. Deliver healthier environment, operation saving and sustainable solution for our company easy placement
a. Total 1000m liquid refrigerant piping length
b. Max 190m refrigerant piping length for single pipe
c. Recommended 50m height drop when outdoor unit is above indoor unit
d. Recommended 40m height drop when outdoor unit is below indoor unit
e. Max 110m height drop when outdoor unit is above indoor unit
f. Max 90m height drop when outdoor unit is below indoor unit
g. Max 30m height drop between indoor unit under same outdoor unit
