SALE OF USED VEHICLE
The United Nations Development Programme is inviting bids from the Public for the Sale of the under-listed unserviceable vehicle:
The types of services sought include:

The Vehicle will be available for inspection at UN CNMC Observers Office, Beside Amphibious Training School, Ekorinim 2, Ekorinim Road, Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria, from 28th August to 31st August 2023, 9am – 4pm daily.
The vehicle will be sold as “as is”, “where is” basis with no guarantee or warranty expressed or implied as to the condition of the items. There will be no refund after payment.
FORMAT BID: all bid must contain the following information.
Description of Model, Lot number and Bid Price (In Naira)
ALL BIDS MUST BE ADDRESSED TO: Head of Service Center UNDP BIDS to be sent to email: [email protected]
Bids must be sent not later than 12:00 noon on Friday 01 September 2023 with the clear Email Subject: UNDP CNMC SALE OF VEHICLE”
The successful bidder shall be required to issue a bank draft in favor of UNDP within one (1) week of receipt of the offer. Furthermore, the successful bidder must pay all customs and import duties on the vehicle to the Nigerian Customs authorities as they were purchased duty-free. The successful bidder must remove the vehicle from the UN CNMC premises within 48 hours after customs and import duties have been paid.
