SPECIFICATIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS
The Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) is a global health organization committed to strengthening integrated health systems and expanding access to care and treatment for HIV/AIDS, Malaria tuberculosis, cancer, and other diseases. CHAI with support from the Global Fund is providing Technical Assistance (TA) to the National AIDS, Viral Hepatitis and STIs control Program (NASCP) to address Early Infant Diagnostics (EID) gaps which, includes the expansion of point of care for EID in selected health facilities across 18 states.
CHAI seeks to engage qualified vendors for the procurement, installation, service, and maintenance of the items listed in the RFQ. The tender covers delivery of equipment at designated facilities in the state (details to be communicated later), set up of equipment, installation, configuration and commissioning, warranty, and training of end users in use and basic maintenance of the items.
