REQUEST FOR QUOTES – PR11706011 – STAGING AREA IMPROVEMENT

The U. S. EMBASSY ABUJA has a requirement for a qualified contractor to make improvements to SPEAR Tactical Holding Area (THA) Command Post (CP) and the Police Support Lot Stagging Area (PSLSA) at Plot 1075, Diplomatic Drive, Central Business District, Abuja, and Warehouse at Durumi District Abuja using the attached Statement of Work (SOW) as a guide. You are invited to submit a quote.
The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability, and past performance.

- All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST be a direct reply to this email, and have the same subject line, copying [email protected]
- Please include performance schedule, specifications, samples/pictures/complete drawings, (where applicable), along with your quotes.
- Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
- Deadline for offer submission is June 16, 2023
- Due to new Government requirement for offerors to comply with the new National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) in accordance with FAR 52.204-24, FAR 52.204-25 and
FAR 52.204-26. Please kindly fill, sign, and scan back the attached form to us with your quote.
- Vendor shall submit offer with SAM/UEI registration number.
