OXFAM seeks to identify professional and affordable healthcare service providers who can provide a network of health facilities meeting international healthcare standards. The OXFAM project currently has a total of 77 staff based in Abuja, Adamawa, Bauchi, Taraba and Kebbi States of Nigeria. While OXFAM’s administrative office are in Abuja, the majority of OXFAM programming is in the northern states; the selected healthcare provider must be able to demonstrate a robust network of facilities in each of these states.
