EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Deutsche Gessellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH: “GIZ programme MOVE” Financed by the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, would like to procure “IT Equipment’s” with the following but not limited specification:
• LOT 1: 8 units of Laptops, 10 units of HDMI to VGA adapter. Delivery to FCT Abuja.
• Lot 2 : 2 units of laptop, 4 units of All-in-one Desktop, 5 units of Monitor, 1 unit of 3.5KVA UPS, 3 units of wireless keyboard and mouse. Delivery to FCT Abuja.
• Lot 3: 2 units of colour printer (laser), 2 units of projector, 2 units of projector display screen and stand. Delivery to FCT Abuja.
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested and qualified companies to express their interest by furnishing the GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. Comprehensive Company profile
b. An official letter expressing interest.
c. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area.
d. A Bank introductory Letter
e. Tax clearance certificate of the last three years indicating annual average turnover of (i). Lot 1: NGN 15, 000,000 (ii) lot 2: NGN 11, 000,000 (iii) Lot 3: NGN 6,000,000 naira.
f. Evidence of experience of previous similar jobs (supply and delivery) of IT Equipment with values that add up to minimum of (i). Lot 1: NGN 15, 000,000 (ii) lot 2: NGN 11, 000,000 (iii) Lot 3: NGN 6,000,000 naira. . Only third-party evidence will be considered not list of similar jobs/reference
