INVITATION FOR TENDER FOR THE EXECUTION OF SPECIAL INTERVENTION PROJECTS, 2022
1. INTRODUCTION
The Bill and Melinda Gates College of Sciences and Technology, Ningi, Bauchi State, invites interested, reputable, and experienced contractors to submit tenders for the under-listed projects.
2. DESCRIPTION OF WORK

| Lot 2 | Construction of School of General Health Studies Services |
| Lot 3 | Construction of Students Hostels for both males and females |
| Lot 4 | Construction of school of Medical laboratories |
| Lot 5 | Construction of complete departments Pharmacy and dental sciences, including staff offices |
3. TENDER QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Documents to be submitted includes;
a. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
b. Evidence of registration with Bauchi State Government
c. Company profile and organization structure.
d. Evidence of registration of both company and the key personnel with relevant professional bodies.
e. Verifiable list of previous similar major work carried out in the recent past with their locations and clients (copies of completion certificate/final payment certificates should be attached).
f. Evidence or registration of staff with Pension Commission of Nigeria.
g. Evidence of tax clearance certificate for the last three years.
h. Three-year audited account of the company.
i. Provision of VAT certificate
j. Evidence of financial capability/reference letter from a reputable bank
k. Evidence of payment of industrial raining construction to the Industrial Training Fund.
l. Evidence of appropriate documentation fees.
4. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
The pre-qualification documents shall be submitted to the office of the College Provost, with evidence of payment of the non-refundable tender fee of N200, 000:00 (Two Hundred Thousand Naira) only.
5. OPENING OF BID DOCUMENTS
The pre-qualification documents shall be opened at 12:30pm, at the College Boardroom, on the closing date (26th June, 2023), all contractors/Suppliers are invited to attend the opening exercise.
Please note that the College is neither committed nor obligated to short list any contractor(s) or to award contract to any of the contractors.
The college reserves the right to reject any bid
