EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH: “GIZ Programme Migration for Development (PMD)”, financed by German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation, would like to procure “CISCO Meraki Access Points & Switches (only hardware without licenses)” with the following but not limited specification:
• 5 units of MR46 Access point
• 1 unit of MS120-48LP-HW switch
• 2 units of MS 120-24P – HW switch
• Including installation/mounting of switches and access point.
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country office with the following:
a. An Official letter expressing interest.
b. Concise company profile
c. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area in IT.
d. Bank introductory letter,
e. Tax clearance certificate for the last 3 years indicating annual average turnover of NGN 30,000,000.00 (minimum) in year 2019, 2020 and 2021 or more recent.
f. average turnover of N16,500,000
g. Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs 9supply and delivery of Cisco Meraki devices with values that add up to minimum of NGN30, 000, 000.00. Only third-party evidence will be considered not list of similar jobs/reference.

Your complete documents should not be more than 20 pages. Only complete documents received at the physical address indicated no later than Thursday 25th May 2023 by 5pm from the date of this publication will be accepted and considered.
