PROVISION OF GARDENING, LANDSCAPING AND EXTERNAL CLEANING SERVICES AT UN HOUSE ABUJA PREMISES – LONG TERM AGREEMENT (LTA)

UNDP NIGERIA Country Office Invites reputable and experienced Gardening and Landscaping including external area cleaning to indicate their interest in being considered for award of a long-term agreement (LTA) contract which selection will be conducted through a competitive bidding process.
Interested companies providing the services are expected to provide information on their qualification and experience demonstrating their ability to provide the services (relevant documentation, references to similar services, experience in comparable assignments, availability of qualified staff etc) at the UN House (or alternate locations) for the United Nations Development Programme in Abuja Nigeria.

The estimated duration for the LTA is twelve months (12) renewable twice based on performance and interest of the company to remain in the LTA. The LTA will be valid from 1st May 2023 to 31st April 2024.
Responses to this RFP must be received through QUANTUM no later than: 17th April, 2023.
Please, note that interest expressed by a firm does not imply any obligation whatsoever on the part of UNDP Nigeria to include it in its roster of companies that will be invited for annual competitive bids.
