EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PROCUREMENT OF SERVICES
The Health Strategy and Delivery Foundation (HSDF) is a Not-for-profit Organization with a mission to improve the quality of decision-making and execution in the health and social sector.
HSDF is looking to engage registered and reputable organizations who express interest in the below services areas. Locations where services are required include Abuja, Lagos, Kaduna and Imo States.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Potential vendors are required to have the following:
- A1 page cover letter indicating the area(s) of expertise
- Evidence of registration under the corporate Affairs commission (CAC) or other relevant registration documents.
- Company profile (to include a list of key personnel, qualification, experience and office location(s).
- Most recent 3-year Tax Clearance Certificate
- Bank reference letter or letter of good standing from a bank.
- Evidence of relevant experience/technical qualification (where applicable) for the conduct of required service.
- Three (3) reference letters highlighting a similar job/service done.
- Any other relevant document that could support your EOI.
