OUTDOOR CATERING SERVICES FOR MULTIPLE VENDOR LTA FOR OUTDOOR CATERING SERVICES TO SUPPORT UNDP PROGRAMMES AND EVENTS
UNDP NIGERIA COUNTRY OFFICE SERVICE CENTRE
UNDP Nigeria Country Office invites outdoor Food/catering companies, including SME’s, start-ups and similar organizations involved in the production and packaging of Food and Lunch packs, to indicate their interest in being considered for the LTA for outdoor catering services.
Interested eligible companies shall provide information on their qualifications and experience demonstrating their ability to provide the services (relevant documentation, references to similar services, experience in comparable assignments, availability of qualified staff etc. at the UN House (or alternative locations) for the United Nations Development Programme in Abuaj Nigeria.
The types of services sought include:

The estimated duration for the LTA is twelve months (12) renewable based on performance and interest of the company to remain in the LTA. The roster of companies will be valid from 01 April 2023 to 31 April 2024.
Response to this ITB must be received through e-tender no later than: 27th March 2023
Please, note that interest expressed by a firm does not imply any obligation whatsoever on the part of UNDP Nigeria to include it in its roster of companies that will be invited for annual competitive bids.
Nota Bene: Only submissions through quantum will be accepted.
