Specific Requirements
MAG wishes to have an uninterrupted internet service to enable smooth run of business on a daily basis. In the case of the downtime, the bidder is required to compensate MAG for the time service is not provided. By so doing, the bidder should have a record system that calculates the downtime that will be replenished to MAG.
