REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
USAID State Accountability, Transparency, and Effectiveness (State2State) Activity is five-year project implemented by DAI Global, LLC across six Nigerian States of Adamawa Akwa Ibom, Bauchi, Ebonyi, Gombe, Sokoto. The purpose of StateState Activity is to increase accountability, transparency, and effectiveness in targeted States and local governments (LGA) in Nigeria.
Quotations are invited for:
Title: Request for Quotation (RFQ) – Deployment of 20Mbps Dedicated Internet Through Radio Microwave Connectivity.

Scope of Work
20mbps symmetrical Microwave Radio dedicated internet connectivity point-to-point connection.
20mbps symmetrical Microwave on Radio internet connectivity with 99.9% monthly uptime. Provision of a 30 IP address, Deployment of an indoor customer premise equipment (CPE) and provision of a Network Monitoring System (NMS) account for effective service monitoring, also include:
Weekly report of Service Availability for each Service Location; Weekly report of all Service Failures and associated Service Tickets; Weekly report on connectivity quality i.e. RTT Weekly report on Mean Time To; Repair (MTTR) Monthly report of Bandwidth; availability for each Service Location: Monthly report of Bandwidth; utilization for each Service Location; Monthly root cause analysis for, resolved issues
Eligibility
Companies are required to meet the following criteria in order to qualify for bid submission.
1. Certify that it and its principal officers are not debarred, suspended, or otherwise considered ineligible for an award by the U.S. Government. DAI State2State will not award a contract to any firm that is debarred, suspended, or considered to be ineligible by the U.S. Government.
2. Bidders must have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract with DAI State2State and to deliver in the country, or through an authorized representative.
Application Closing Date:
February 28, 2023. Late offers will be rejected except under extraordinary circumstances at DAI’s discretion. Deadline for submission of questions and clarifications regarding this procurement is February 20, 2023.

• These services are eligible for VAT exemption under the DAI prime contract. Local statutory deduction such as withholding tax shall apply on payment. Bidders should reflect delivery timeline on their quotes.
• Payment term is 100% after satisfactory service delivery and submission of monthly/quarterly invoice and associated reports.
