TENDER – PANIC BUTTON/EMERGENCY RESPONSE SYSTEM
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH: “Risk Management Office of the GIZ Country Office Nigeria” financed by the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany invites qualified service providers to express their interest, find details below.
• Installation of Panic Button/Emergency Response System for projects and country office
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested and qualified service provider to express their interest by furnishing GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. An official letter expressing their interest on the company letterhead
b. Company profile with details of relevant experience or other presentation material
c. CVs of principal(s) of the company, and for the key personnel who would be assigned for the provision of the service
d. Evidence of experience in similar contracts, with values that add up to minimum of NGN 30, 000,000. Only verifiable third-party evidences are acceptable
e. Evidence of Tax payment for 2019, 2020 and 2021 with a minimum average turnover of NGN 30,000,000.
For consideration, all interested and qualified private security service companies should submit the aforementioned documents only as hard copy in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at, No 12 Charles de Gaulle Close, Asokoro, Abuja and kindly label as follows:
