EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH: “RSDF Funded by Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany would like procure “IT EQUIPMENT” with the following specifications.
• 6 units of portable business notebooks, 7 units of compactible docking stations for offered laptop, 7 units of 1550VA uninterruptible power supply (UPS), 7 units of 2000va Automatic voltage regulator AVR stabilizers, 7 units of 6 ways multi-sockets electricity extension, 7 units of 23.5” adjustable full IPS LCD laptop screens, 7 units of wireless keyboards and mouse.
Accordingly, interested Bidders are invited to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. Comprehensive company profile
b. An official letter expressing their interest.
c. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), and Memorandum of Association clearly indicating relevant business area.
d. Bank Introductory letter
e. Tax Clearance certificate of the last three (3) years indicating minimum average turnover of NGN 25,200,000.00 in the year 2018, 2019 and 2020 or more recent
f. Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and delivery of IT equipment with minimum value of 25,200,000.00 naira per evidence). Only third-party evidence will be considered, not list of similar jobs/references.
For consideration, all interested bidder should submit the aforementioned documents only as hard copy in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at, No 12 Charles de Gaulle Close, Asokoro, Abuja and kindly label as follows:
