1. INTRODUCTION

Since its founding in 1971, MSH has worked in over 150 countries with policymakers, health professionals, and healthcare consumers to improve the quality, availability, and affordability of health professionals, and health care customers to improve quality, availability, and affordability of health services, working with governments, donors, non-governmental organizations, the private sector, and health agencies, MSH responds to priority health problems such as HIV & AIDS; tuberculosis,, malaria: maternal, newborn and child health: family planning and reproductive health; and chronic non-communicable diseases such as cancer diabetes, and lung and heart diseases. Through strengthening capacity, investing in health systems innovation, building the evidence base, and advocating for sound public health policy, MSH is committed to making a lasting difference in global health.
MSH Abuja Country Office hereby invites reputable and qualified Printing companies that are interested to provide printing services for NHMIS tools. A brief description and quantities of which are provided below:

Qualified vendors interested in submitting a quote should send an email attaching the company’s statutory documents, as follows
1. CAC Certificate
2. Tax Clearance Certificate up to 2021
3. Audited of Financial Report for 2021
4. Proof of previous such work done for other organizations
5. Company profile
6. CAC Form 2
7. CAC Form 7
All the documents shall be sent to [email protected] no later than 5:00pm, on 28 November, 2022. All details including specifications will be communicated on a separate Request for Quotation (RFQ) that will be issued to qualified Companies that have expressed their interests to the advertisement. This REOI is non-binding and in no way obligates MSH to award any contract.
MSH reserves the right to make an award afterward in whole or in part, or not to make an award, in accordance with the best interests of MSH. A firm commitment to purchase is not established until a purchase order/contract is issued by MSH. VENDORS SHALL BE EXPECTED TO HAVE WAREHOUSES IN ABUJA WHERE THE TOOLS SHALL BE KEPT FOR MSH STAFF TO INSPECT THEM BEFORE MSH TAKES DELIVERY. ONLY ESTABLISHED AND CONFIRMED CORE PRINTERS SHALL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS JOB. PLEASE COMPANIES WHO ARE NOT CORE PRINTERS SHOULD NOT RESPOND TO THIS REOI.
If any potential vendor responding to the REOI is found to have offered anything of value to any member of MSH staff, they will be disqualified from disqualification from participation in this vendor registration exercise and may be disqualified for any future procurement with MSH. MSH staffs are instructed not to request or accept anything of value from vendors.
