CALL FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR THE SUPPLY OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND CONSUMABLES ECWA EYE HOSPITAL, KANO.
ECWA Eye Hospital is an entirely faith based organization located in Kano Metropolis, and covers a catchments area of approximately 25 million people cutting across the North-West region of Northern Nigeria.
A. METHOD OF APPLICATION
Interested vendors should submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) and pre-qualify documents to ECWA Eye Hospital, Kano on or before 5:00pm of Tuesday 29th November, 2022.

B. BASIS FOR SELECTION
The following documents are required to be submitted to all bidders alongside their quotes for the following items listed to the next round of selection:
1. Letter of expression of Interest (EOI)
2. Copy of the CAC Registration of the company
3. Evidence of payment of Tax/Company TIN
4. Copy of most recent audited statement
5. Company profile that contains: verifiable business address, phone number, company email address and website (if available)
