1. BACKGROUND

The objective of this tender is to expand supplier data base to meet the immediate needs of CARE program operations in Nigeria.

- Professional expertise and experiences as well as number of year in the business
- Experience in providing similar service to other NGOs as well as Government ministries and department, private companies
- Clientele base
- Adequate number of technical staff
- Compliance with relevant climate and environmental factors
