PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR THE YEAR 2023-2025
Jesuit Refugee Service is an International Non-Governmental Organization that exists in over 54 countries of the world, with a mission to accompany, serve and advocate for the rights of refugees and forcibly displaced persons. JRS prioritizes working wherever the needs of refugees and internally displaced people are urgent and unattended.
In Nigeria, JRS offers a wide range of rehabilitation and relief services, focusing on protection, health, Education, Livelihood, psychosocial support, and mixed solutions for IDPs, forcibly displaced persons, returnees, and Host Communities. Through community and school based peace building initiatives, JRS utilize mediation mechanisms and workshops to encourage and foster reconciliation to move away from violence.
Now, JRS Nigeria is seeking to prequalify suppliers for the provision of various goods, works and services fiscal year 2023 for Takum and Gembu in Taraba state, Mubi and Yola in Adamawa, Edo and Delta, Maiduguri in Borno state, and the Federal Capital Territory Abuja.

Interested and suitably qualified suppliers, contractors, and service providers are encouraged to meet the selection criteria.
1. Evidence of company registration
2. Evidence of tax payment/certificate
3. LPO/Contract relating to works performed in the last 2 years
4. Company profile
5. Company account details
6. Financial statement (if any)
7. Reference letter from the company bank
Locations to provide services:
• Please give the number of JRS office location(s) in which your organization/company will be providing services
• Provide documentation for any of the procurement line(s) you are interested in providing the service.

Past Experiences
Please provide details of relevant contracts you have been awarded for the provision of services or goods similar to those applied for in the past 2 years.
All documents must be put inside an envelope, write the reference number and the category of supplies on the back of the envelope and submit at JRS country office, No. 13 Alfayyum street Wuse zone 3, Abuja on or before 4pm on Tuesday 15th November 2022.
After the completion of the process. Those selected, as well as vendors not selected, will receive an email notification on the status of their application.
Any form of canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
